Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI) is the real estate investment management business of Prudential Financial. PREI is comprised of fund management centers in Parsippany, New Jersey; Atlanta, Georgia; Boston, Massachusetts; Munich, Germany; London, England; and Singapore; supported by a network of local offices throughout the world.

Our products employ diversified core real estate equity and private debt strategies, value-added real estate equity strategies, and opportunistic or specialized private or public real estate equity strategies.

PREI has a long tradition of using a research-based approach to investing. Our Investment Research Team consists of 16 experienced analysts who support client research needs from many perspectives, including domestic and international, public and private, and equity and debt market segments.
