2008-Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate has since grown into a full service commercial real estate organization that consistently ranks among the Top 10 commercial real estate services companies in Utah State and Number 1 in Utah County.

2004- Prudential Utah Real Esate Commercial Division has joined with Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate Solutions. Prudential Utah Real Estate has been a working service provider for both residential and commercial clients since 1991. In 2002, Bruce Tucker and Dan Colfack purchased the company and focused on expanding the Commercial Division.

2004-Prudential Utah Real Estate Commerical Division acuires Grubb and Ellis's Utah operations.

2001-Prudential Utah Real Estate Commerical Division acuires D&B Commerical Services
